Hi-- so sorry there seems to be a glitch. Are you receiving e-mails through your wordpress subscriptions? If so, you should be able to delete Human Goods from your account and receive no further updates. Or is it coming in another way?

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? - Thanks P.S

Thanks for the comment, Ashley. I recommend checking out the UK-based Esther Benjamins Trust, which works with children in Nepal. They're doing a lot of work rescuing children from Indian circuses and also work with prevention and rehabilitation. You can find them at www.ebtrust.org.uk

I'm currently doing an awareness speech about child circus slaves in India. I find a lot of articles dealing with the problems and the people but I am wondering if there are any specific organizations to help stop this problem.

I feel that trafficking in human organs can be controlled if there is a strict vigil on poor localities and also people in the rural areas who move out to work....maybe something like a passprt can be made compulsory for them if they move out from their villages(without harassing them) so that the government can keep a track of how many people have moved out and for what purpose and can track them even in the places they have moved to.

This is not to curb the freedom of movement but to prevent them from falling prey to people dealing in trafficking. Maybe there can be more employment opportunities given to the rural sectors ( such as handicrafts etc) so that they don't go into trafficking at all .....
